Randy Lewis

Randy Lewis is an American businessman, a disability employment advocate, Leader of the Year award recipient, and author of the book,
No Greatness Without Goodness.

Lewis, a former senior vice president of Walgreens, led the logistics division for 16-years and helped grow the organization from 1,500 stores to 8,000 stores with the most advanced logistics networks in its industry. During his last 10-years with the company he believed people with disabilities could do more, and he pioneered a program in the Walgreens distribution centers to integrate over 1,000 (10% of the Walgreens workforce) people with disabilities as equals into its workforce.

Randy remains active in business, serving as a director of The Wendy's Company. He continues to develop disability initiatives and maintains an active speaking schedule to help organizations develop low-cost and sustainable disability hiring models to help people with disabilities secure the employment opportunities they seek.
